Common Questions
Private leadership offsites are typically designed for 6 to 12 people, small enough that every person is part of the conversation.
Most run two to four days. The length is set by what the team needs to achieve rather than a fixed programme.
We are based in Singapore and Italy and design offsites across Asia, Europe and beyond, including Tuscany, the Dolomites, the Amalfi coast, the Swiss Alps, Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Norway, Morocco and the Greek islands.
