Curated Leadership Retreats

A room you would not otherwise be in

Occasional small-group retreats bringing together founders, executives and senior leaders who might otherwise never find themselves in the same room. A chance to step outside the day-to-day, experience something remarkable and spend meaningful time with an interesting group of peers.

The Experience

Every element is designed to deepen wellbeing and trust within your team. Nothing is tourism. Everything serves the work.

Movement & Stillness

Qigong, breathwork, somatic practice and moments of stillness woven between sessions. Cold water. Heat. Forest bathing. Not breaks from the work. They are the work.

Culinary Experiences

Local, seasonal, and cooked by people who are very good at it. Some evenings that means a chef with a serious reputation; others, a family kitchen and a long table.

Cultural Immersion

Foraging with local experts. Artisan workshops. Usually the afternoon nobody expected to enjoy as much as they did.

Recovery & Renewal

Sleep, food, heat and cold, and a pace that leaves room to think. Venues are chosen partly for how well people rest in them.

"Every breath, every meal, every quiet morning is designed with intention. Renewal, not just activity. Trust deepening, not just enjoyment."

Common Questions

Who joins a curated retreat?

People running companies or leading inside them, usually from different industries and different countries. We keep the groups small.

Why are retreats by application?

The quality of the group is the point. Applying lets us keep each retreat small and considered rather than simply filling seats.

How long are the retreats and where are they held?

Retreats run two to four days on selected dates and destinations. We are based in Singapore and Italy and run experiences across Asia, Europe, the Americas and beyond.

What happens on a retreat?

Movement in the morning, long meals, time outdoors, and conversation that is not scheduled to the minute. Enough structure to be worth your week, not so much that it feels like a programme.

What could your team unDo?

Perhaps it's the pace. A stale dynamic. A difficult conversation. Familiar thinking. Or simply the way you've always done offsites.
